Listing Terms of Service

SweepFeed is a sweepstakes directory and discovery platform. These Listing Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between the party submitting a sweepstakes for listing ("Listing Party," "you," or "your") and SweepFeed ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a sweepstakes for listing on SweepFeed, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To submit a sweepstakes for listing on SweepFeed, the Listing Party must be a legally registered business entity in good standing and must be the authorized sponsor or administrator of the sweepstakes being submitted. The Listing Party must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local sweepstakes, contest, and promotion laws in every jurisdiction where the sweepstakes is offered. The Listing Party is solely responsible for ensuring the legality of their promotions.

2. Listing Requirements

The Listing Party is the sole sponsor and administrator of any sweepstakes submitted for listing. SweepFeed only lists and promotes sweepstakes as a directory service. All sweepstakes submitted for listing must:

• Have clearly defined and publicly accessible official rules
• Accurately describe all prizes, including approximate retail value and any conditions or restrictions
• Provide a free, no-purchase-necessary method of entry where required by law
• Conduct winner selection in a fair, random, and transparent manner
• Comply with all applicable FTC endorsement and disclosure guidelines
• Include all legally required disclosures, eligibility restrictions, and void-where-prohibited statements

3. Representations and Warranties

By submitting a sweepstakes for listing on SweepFeed, the Listing Party represents and warrants that: (a) they are the authorized sponsor or administrator of the sweepstakes and have full authority to conduct it; (b) the sweepstakes complies with all applicable laws and regulations; (c) they will fulfill all prizes as described in the official rules; (d) they will not use SweepFeed to collect user data in violation of applicable privacy laws; and (e) all information provided to SweepFeed in connection with the listing is accurate and complete.

4. SweepFeed's Role

SweepFeed acts solely as a directory and discovery platform. SweepFeed does not sponsor, administer, endorse, or guarantee any sweepstakes listed on the platform. SweepFeed's role is limited to listing and promoting sweepstakes to its audience. A listing on SweepFeed, including any "Verified" badge, does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or guarantee of any sweepstakes, its prizes, or its legitimacy. SweepFeed has no involvement in the selection of winners, the fulfillment of prizes, or the administration of any sweepstakes listed on the platform.

5. Indemnification

The Listing Party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SweepFeed and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) the Listing Party's sweepstakes, including any claims by participants or third parties; (b) any breach of these Terms; (c) any violation of applicable law or regulation; (d) any claim that the sweepstakes infringes or violates the rights of any third party; or (e) any failure to fulfill prizes or administer the sweepstakes as described.

6. Fees

Basic listing submissions are reviewed at no charge. Premium listing options, including featured placement, promoted visibility, and enhanced analytics, are available for an additional fee. Contact our team at support@sweepfeed.com for premium listing pricing. All fees, once paid, are non-refundable except as otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Removal and Termination

SweepFeed reserves the right to remove any sweepstakes listing, reject any listing submission, or terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, applicable law, our community standards, or if we reasonably believe a sweepstakes is fraudulent, misleading, or harmful to our users. The Listing Party may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting support@sweepfeed.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweepFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from or relating to any sweepstakes listed on the platform, including but not limited to: (a) the outcome of any sweepstakes; (b) the failure of any Listing Party to fulfill prizes; (c) any disputes between the Listing Party and sweepstakes participants; or (d) any reliance by users on information contained in a listing. SweepFeed's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the Listing Party to SweepFeed in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
