Your promotion. The official details.
Bring your promotion straight to the people organizing their next entry. Send the official source for free review, or create a paid campaign with your own creative and destination.
Share your promotion page and official rules so we can check the details and match an existing listing or review a new one.
For public promotions. Share links you are authorized to provide; submission does not reserve ad space.
Promote a sweepstakes you operate or run a business ad. Choose the placement, prepare your creative, and review the price before checkout.
Payment does not guarantee approval, campaign reach or entries. Rejected prepaid ads receive a full refund.
Accurate source information helps us review your promotion without piecing together conflicting dates or prize descriptions.
Have your public promotion page and current official-rules URL ready. Rules can be a sponsor-hosted webpage or PDF. Use the exact promotion name so we can match a listing already on the board.
Make the prize, eligibility, opening and closing dates, time zone, free entry method and entry limits easy to find in the rules. Keep the sponsor or administrator contact details current.
Prepare artwork or video, a headline, destination and intended schedule. Follow the creative guidelines before uploading. Sweepstakes placements also need sponsor authority and an eligible listing.
For source submissions, provide public, shareable links. Do not include customer lists, entrant data, identity documents or confidential launch materials.
Image, video and destination requirementsSign in with a free account, send the promotion and rules links, then follow your submission’s status. We match existing listings and check new sources. Submission is not a publication guarantee or a reservation for paid placement.
Create a sponsor account, prepare a draft and preview your ad. Review the price before payment. We approve or reject the exact submitted creative and destination before delivery; rejected prepaid ads receive a full refund.
Your organization remains responsible for the promotion, rules, entries, winner selection and prize fulfillment. SweepFeed provides discovery and advertising. Paid placement is labeled Sponsored and cannot buy stronger evidence labels or suppress warnings.
