Use these instructions while building an ad. Compare placements and prices or create a campaign. The Sponsor and Listing Terms also apply.
Images and logos
- Upload a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file smaller than 4 MB. SVG, animated images, and remote image links cannot be submitted for a new review.
- Use artwork you own or are licensed to advertise. Keep text readable and avoid making a card look like SweepFeed navigation, an official verification badge, or an entry form.
- For featured and sponsored sweepstakes placements, start with 1280 × 720 pixels. For in-feed and desktop sidebar ads, start with 1280 × 800 pixels. A square logo of at least 256 × 256 pixels works best. Other proportions can be previewed in the creator.
- The upload service checks the file contents, removes embedded image metadata, and saves an optimized, fixed copy. Upload checks do not constitute ad approval.
Video
- Upload an MP4 with H.264 video and optional AAC audio, smaller than 4 MB and no longer than 30 seconds. The maximum input is 1920 pixels per side, 1920 × 1080 total pixels, and 60 frames per second.
- Keep the message understandable without sound. Video has user controls and does not start with sound automatically. Add a still campaign image so the ad has a clear visual before playback and where video cannot play.
- The service decodes and re-encodes accepted video, removes extra tracks and metadata, and saves a fixed copy for review. Processing may reduce resolution or quality. Watch the creator preview before submitting.
- Do not include flashing effects that make the ad hard to use, trackers embedded in media, or rights you do not hold to music, footage, voices, and people shown.
Claims, links, and labels
- Use a complete HTTPS destination that matches the ad. Do not claim a visitor has won, imply guaranteed odds or prizes, invent urgency, impersonate SweepFeed, or hide material terms behind a misleading button.
- Promotions need publicly accessible official rules, an accurate operator, dates, eligibility, prize details, and a lawful entry method. Reviewers may ask for authority evidence or reject an unsupported campaign.
- Paid cards carry the Sponsored label. Buying an ad does not change SweepFeed's listing evidence, quality labels, or independent editorial treatment.
- Do not place scripts, pixels, forms, or personal data collection inside the ad creative. A visitor chooses whether to open your destination, where your own privacy notice applies.
Audience options
Choose all eligible visitors, page categories, or consenting members' saved category interests. Country and state or province selection uses approximate location and does not prove legal eligibility. SweepFeed does not offer age, gender, income, health, or other sensitive demographic targeting or report those traits as audience facts. Restrictive choices can reduce delivery; no audience size, impressions, clicks, or entries are guaranteed.
Payment and human review
Save the draft, submit the exact copy and media, then pay through Stripe Checkout. Payment sends that revision to SweepFeed's review queue. The ad can run only after approval. A rejected prepaid campaign is sent for a full refund to the original payment method. To change an active paid ad's creative, create a new campaign for a new paid review.
