Terms of Service
Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using SweepFeed (the "Service"), operated by SWEEPFEED LLC("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.
2. Description of Service
SweepFeed is an independent discovery and information service. SweepFeed does not sponsor, administer, judge, operate, select winners for, or accept entries for third-party promotions. Information submitted on a sponsor's website goes to that sponsor or its service provider, not to SweepFeed.
SweepFeed summaries are informational. If a SweepFeed listing conflicts with a sponsor's official rules, the official rules control. Please review our Sweepstakes Disclaimer for complete details.
2A. Geographic Scope
The Service is intended for users located in the United States and Canada. While users from other jurisdictions may access the Service, SweepFeed makes no representation that the Service, or any sweepstakes listed therein, are appropriate, available, or legal in any jurisdiction outside the United States and Canada. Users who access the Service from outside these jurisdictions do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18.
4. User Accounts
Certain features of the Service require account registration. SweepFeed uses passwordless authentication via Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Magic Link (email-based authentication). We do not store passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication provider accounts and for all activities occurring under your SweepFeed account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Notify us immediately at support@sweepfeed.com of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share access to your authenticated sessions with any third party
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
SweepFeed may suspend access immediately when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, legal obligations, or serious abuse. In other cases, SweepFeed will ordinarily provide a general reason, a 30-day appeal window, and a reasonable opportunity to export account information before permanent termination when fraud, legal preservation, or security concerns do not prevent it.
4.1 Guest Access and Account Features
You may browse public sweepstakes information and open a sponsor's official entry page without creating an account. A free account is required for durable or personalized features such as saving sweepstakes, recording an entry in your SweepFeed history, reminders, rewards, and profile preferences. SweepFeed never completes or submits a sponsor's entry form for you. Creating an account, viewing or clicking advertisements, buying a SweepFeed product or service, earning or spending DustBunnies, maintaining a streak, joining a leaderboard, referring another user, selecting a charity, or interacting with sponsored content does not submit an entry, improve your odds, or affect a sponsor's winner-selection process.
4.2 Optional Contact Card
The mobile app may offer an optional Contact Card that helps you copy your own name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other details into a sponsor's form. The Contact Card is stored locally on your device, scoped to your signed-in account, and is not a SweepFeed entry-submission service. SweepFeed does not issue you a personal email address, mailbox, or phone number. You remain responsible for reviewing the sponsor's form, official rules, and the information you submit.
4.3 Account Deletion
You can initiate account deletion in web or mobile settings. Deletion is scheduled after a seven-day grace period during which you can cancel. After processing begins, account data is deleted or de-identified from active systems, subject to limited retention required by law, security, fraud prevention, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. If an external app store still shows a legacy purchase or subscription, account deletion does not cancel that separate store transaction.
4.4 Charity Preference and Ad-Supported Giving
SweepFeed may let you save a charity to your profile and explicitly opt in to a remembered charity preference for a company-funded share of eligible settled ad revenue. This setting is informational and directional until revenue settles. It is not your tax-deductible donation, it does not obligate SweepFeed to complete a donation on any specific timeline, and Every.org direct donations remain separate.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, spider, or use any automated means to access or collect data from the Service without our express written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
- Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems connected to the Service
- Use the Service to facilitate entry into sweepstakes that you are not eligible to enter
- Submit false winner stories, fake reviews, or misleading content to the platform
For additional detail, please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Fair Use and Rate Limiting
To protect our service and prevent abuse, we implement rate limiting and fair use policies. All usage is subject to reasonable limits designed to prevent scraping, automated data collection, and system abuse. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for accounts exhibiting excessive or abusive usage patterns. Any "Unlimited" features are subject to fair use policies and may be limited if we detect automated scraping, bot activity, or other behavior that degrades service quality for other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and other materials on the Service are the property of SweepFeed or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written authorization.
The SweepFeed name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SweepFeed. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Service contains links to and information about third-party sweepstakes and websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or sweepstakes. Your interaction with any third-party sweepstakes is solely between you and that third party. We strongly recommend that you read the official rules and terms of any sweepstakes before entering.
9. AI-Powered Features
SweepFeed uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to power features including sweepstakes discovery, quality scoring, feed personalization, and reminder recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Evidence labels are algorithmic assessments of the sources we found, not guarantees of legitimacy
- Personalized recommendations are based on automated analysis and may not always be accurate
- AI recommendations may miss or misidentify some relevant sweepstakes
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, LEGITIMACY, LEGALITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY SWEEPSTAKES LISTED ON OUR PLATFORM. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL WIN ANY PRIZE OR THAT ANY SWEEPSTAKES IS LEGITIMATE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWEEPFEED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY SWEEPSTAKES LISTED ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES RELATED TO ENTRIES, PRIZES, ELIGIBILITY, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; (D) THE ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SweepFeed and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) to the extent caused by: (a) your material violation of these Terms; (b) your fraud, unlawful conduct, or intentional misuse of the Service; (c) content you submit that infringes another person's rights; or (d) unauthorized scraping, attacks, or misrepresentation of identity or eligibility. This section does not apply to ordinary, good-faith use of SweepFeed or ordinary participation in a sponsor-run promotion.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.1 Binding Arbitration
Before filing arbitration, the party raising a dispute must send a written notice describing the claim and requested relief. The parties will have at least 30 days to attempt an informal resolution. Unresolved U.S. consumer disputes shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures, as modified by applicable law. A hearing may be conducted remotely or by telephone unless the consumer chooses an available in-person option. Consumer fees and SweepFeed's fees will be allocated under the applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, and SweepFeed will pay the amounts those rules require the business to pay.
13.2 Small Claims and Protected Rights
Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court. Nothing in this section limits a non-waivable statutory right, prevents a consumer from contacting a regulator, or applies where arbitration is prohibited by applicable law. Canadian consumers retain the rights and forums that cannot lawfully be waived in their province or territory.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
13.4 Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions by sending written notice to support@sweepfeed.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires a different venue. A later arbitration amendment will not apply retroactively to a dispute of which SweepFeed had actual notice before that amendment took effect.
14. Payments
SweepFeed is currently free to use. If we offer optional paid one-time purchases, sponsorship tools, or other checkout-based features, you agree to pay the displayed fees for the item you choose.
- Billing: Optional purchases are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or mobile app stores where applicable.
- Cancellations: If a future paid item includes a cancellation option, the applicable checkout page or platform terms will describe how cancellation works.
- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or the terms of the specific platform (e.g., Apple or Google). If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@sweepfeed.com within 14 days of the charge.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices for optional purchases before they are bought.
15. Notifications and Contact Tools
SweepFeed may provide in-app notifications, push alerts, and account contact settings for sweepstakes tracking and account administration.
15a. Notification Channels
We currently provide in-app, push, and email notifications. Operational email may be sent to the email address on your account. SweepFeed does not issue personal email addresses, mailboxes, or phone numbers and does not provide phone-number-based alerting at this time.
16. Advertising
The Service displays advertisements to support free access. Advertisements are designed to be unintrusive and are clearly distinguishable from editorial content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the display of advertisements. We strive to ensure that ads do not interfere with your experience, but we do not guarantee that all advertisements will be relevant to you. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertiser. An individual ad view does not create or guarantee a charitable donation. If a user explicitly enables charity support, SweepFeed may allocate a company-funded share of eligible settled ad revenue under the Charity Disclosure. Direct donations on Every.org are separate user transactions.
17. DustBunnies Rewards
The Service includes a loyalty rewards program ("DustBunnies"). DustBunnies have no monetary value and are subject to the DustBunnies Rewards Terms.
18. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We publish a revised date and plain-language history. When a change materially reduces user rights or introduces a materially different use, we will provide the advance notice or renewed consent required by applicable law and, when reasonably practical, additional in-product or email notice. Protective, corrective, or clarifying changes may take effect when published. SweepFeed may require a recorded re-acknowledgement before further account use.
19. Termination
When practical, the notice will state a reason category and how to appeal. Export availability, deletion timing, and pending DustBunny redemptions may be limited when preserving them would create fraud, security, or legal risk. Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
20. Force Majeure
SweepFeed shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages.
21. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations, including those of the United States. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Sweepstakes Disclaimer, Advertising Disclosure, and any supplemental terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SweepFeed regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
23.1 Policy hierarchy
If these Terms conflict with supplemental feature terms, the supplemental terms govern that feature. The Privacy Policy governs personal-information practices. Sponsor Terms govern sponsor accounts and campaign services. A sponsor's official rules govern participation in that sponsor's promotion.
24. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@sweepfeed.com.
