1. SweepFeed Is an Independent Aggregator

SweepFeed is an independent discovery and information service. SweepFeed does not sponsor, administer, judge, operate, select winners for, or accept entries for third-party promotions. Information submitted on a sponsor's website goes to that sponsor or its service provider, not to SweepFeed.

SweepFeed, operated by SWEEPFEED LLC, curates publicly available information about Promotions from third-party sources using automated technology, including artificial intelligence.

Each Promotion is operated solely by its respective sponsor ("Sponsor") and is governed by that Sponsor's official rules, terms, and conditions. SweepFeed has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the conduct, administration, or outcome of any Promotion listed on our platform.

SweepFeed summaries are informational. If a SweepFeed listing conflicts with a sponsor's official rules, the official rules control.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability

While SweepFeed uses automated quality signals and review processes to organize the Promotions displayed, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information presented, including but not limited to:

  • Prize descriptions, values, or quantities
  • Entry deadlines, start dates, or drawing dates
  • Eligibility requirements or geographic restrictions
  • Methods of entry or entry frequency limits
  • Odds of winning or number of entries received
  • Sponsor identity, legitimacy, or financial capacity to award prizes
  • Whether a Promotion is currently active, has been modified, or has been cancelled

3. No Affiliation with Sponsors

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SweepFeed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any Sponsor whose Promotion appears on our platform. The display of any brand name, logo, or trademark on SweepFeed is for informational purposes only and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. No Liability for Third-Party Promotions

SweepFeed shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or disappointment arising from or relating to:

  • Your participation in any Promotion listed on SweepFeed
  • Any Sponsor's failure to award a prize or fulfill its obligations
  • Any inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information in a Promotion
  • Changes to or cancellation of a Promotion after it has been listed
  • Any personal information you provide to a Sponsor when entering a Promotion
  • Tax obligations arising from winning a prize
  • Disqualification from a Promotion for any reason

5. Evidence labels

SweepFeed uses narrow evidence labels rather than treating one score as proof that a Promotion is legitimate. A label means only what is stated:

  • Official rules found: we located a rules document or rules section attributed to the Promotion
  • Sponsor domain matched: the entry or rules host is the Sponsor or a documented promotion vendor
  • Link checked: the URL responded at the displayed check time
  • Rules-derived: the displayed fact was extracted from the cited rules evidence
  • Human reviewed: a person reviewed the listed evidence; it is not a legal approval
  • Sponsor confirmed: the Sponsor directly confirmed the identified fact
  • Partial evidence: one or more important facts could not be independently supported

A check is a point-in-time observation, not a guarantee, endorsement, warranty, or promise of prize fulfillment.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Portions of the information displayed on SweepFeed — including Promotion summaries, prize descriptions, eligibility information, and categorization — are generated or processed by artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users should treat AI-generated summaries as a starting point and verify all critical details against the Sponsor's official rules and website.

7. Sweepstakes Law Compliance

SweepFeed does not provide legal advice. Sweepstakes laws vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are eligible to enter any Promotion based on your age, location, and other factors. Some Promotions may be void in certain states, territories, or countries. SweepFeed does not verify your eligibility for any specific Promotion.

8. Tax Responsibility

If you win a prize through a Promotion listed on SweepFeed, you are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, including federal, state, and local income taxes. In the United States, prizes may be taxable regardless of value. A Sponsor may issue an applicable tax form when the reporting threshold in effect for the payment year applies, but that threshold does not determine taxability. SweepFeed does not provide tax advice, and you should consult a qualified tax professional for guidance.

9. Reporting Suspicious Promotions

If you believe a Promotion listed on SweepFeed is fraudulent, misleading, or violates applicable law, please report it to us at support@sweepfeed.com. We investigate all reports and may remove Promotions that do not meet our quality standards. You may also report suspicious Promotions to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or your state's Attorney General.

10. Assumption of Risk

By using SweepFeed to discover and enter Promotions, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in third-party sweepstakes, including the risk of not winning, the risk of providing personal information to third-party Sponsors, and the risk that a Promotion may not be legitimate despite our evidence-checking efforts. You agree to enter all Promotions at your own risk and exercise your own judgment regarding the legitimacy and value of each opportunity.

11. Jurisdiction-specific requirements

Some jurisdictions require a Sponsor to register, bond, disclose, or structure a Promotion in a particular way. A SweepFeed evidence label does not establish that the Sponsor completed every legal requirement. Consult the official rules and the relevant regulator or a qualified professional if a jurisdiction-specific requirement matters to you.

12. SweepFeed Services

SweepFeed discovery tools, filtering features, and notification services are informational only. Optional purchases do not purchase or submit a Sponsor entry and do not increase your chances of winning. A Promotion's official rules control whether it offers a free alternate method, permits a purchase-related route, or has other entry conditions. SweepFeed does not sell access to Sponsor entries.

Creating an account, viewing or clicking advertisements, buying a SweepFeed product or service, earning or spending DustBunnies, maintaining a streak, joining a leaderboard, referring another user, selecting a charity, or interacting with sponsored content does not submit an entry, improve your odds, or affect a sponsor's winner-selection process.
