Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the SweepFeed platform and all related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent termination.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use SweepFeed to engage in any of the following activities:

1.1 Scraping and Automation

• Using bots, scripts, spiders, crawlers, or any automated means to access, scrape, or collect data from the Service without express written permission
• Automated entry submission or form-filling across sweepstakes
• Using browser extensions or third-party tools designed to circumvent rate limits or automate interactions

1.2 Score and Leaderboard Manipulation

• Artificially inflating DustBunnies balances through exploits, bugs, or unauthorized methods
• Manipulating leaderboard rankings through coordinated multi-accounting
• Exploiting timing vulnerabilities in point-earning mechanisms
• Using alt accounts to earn referral bonuses (self-referrals)

1.3 Multi-Accounting

• Creating or operating more than one account per person
• Using VPNs, device spoofing, or other methods to circumvent multi-account detection
• Sharing accounts with other individuals

1.4 Referral Fraud

• Self-referrals (referring your own alternate accounts)
• Purchasing referral traffic from third-party services
• Creating incentivized signup campaigns on third-party sites without SweepFeed approval
• Using fake or disposable email addresses for referral bonuses

1.5 Spam and Harassment

• Posting spam, unsolicited advertisements, or promotional content
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or bullying other users
• Posting hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence
• Impersonating other users, sponsors, or SweepFeed staff
• Doxxing or sharing another user's personal information without consent

1.6 Ad Click Fraud

• Repeatedly clicking on ads to generate fraudulent revenue
• Using automated tools to interact with advertisements
• Encouraging others to click on ads for purposes other than genuine interest

1.7 Platform Abuse

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Circumventing ad-display mechanisms or subscription verification
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
• Interfering with the Service's infrastructure, servers, or networks

2. DustBunnies-Specific Rules

• DustBunnies may only be earned through legitimate platform engagement
• Any attempt to exploit earning mechanisms will result in balance forfeiture
• DustBunnies cannot be traded, sold, or transferred between accounts through any external means
• Coordinated earning schemes between multiple users are prohibited

3. Sponsor and Content Rules

• Sponsors must not submit fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant sweepstakes
• All sweepstakes hosted on SweepFeed must include legally required disclosures (No Purchase Necessary, eligibility, official rules)
• Sponsors must not use the platform to collect user data outside of approved entry methods

4. Consequences of Violations

SweepFeed employs a graduated enforcement system:

• Level 1 — Warning: First-time minor violations receive a written warning via email and in-app notification. The warning is recorded on your account.
• Level 2 — Mute/Content Restriction: Repeated minor violations or first moderate violations may result in content being hidden from other users. You may not be notified of this action.
• Level 3 — Temporary Suspension: Serious violations result in temporary account suspension (1 to 30 days depending on severity). DustBunnies earning is paused during suspension.
• Level 4 — Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations result in permanent account termination. All DustBunnies are forfeited. Device fingerprint and IP are recorded to prevent ban evasion.

5. Reporting Violations

If you observe any violations of this AUP, please report them to support@sweepfeed.com with as much detail as possible, including screenshots or links. All reports are investigated confidentially. You will not face retaliation for good-faith reports.

6. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal to support@sweepfeed.com within 14 days of the action. Include your username, the action taken, and your explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
