About the Charity Pledge Program

SweepFeed's Charity Pledge Program is a voluntary initiative in which SweepFeed allocates a portion of its advertising revenue to charitable organizations selected by users during onboarding or in their account settings. This disclosure is intended to provide full transparency about how the program operates.

How Donations Are Calculated

• A percentage of advertising revenue attributable to user activity is allocated to the Charity Pledge fund
• The specific percentage and allocation methodology are determined by SweepFeed at its sole discretion and may change from time to time
• Donations are aggregated and disbursed to partner charities at the beginning of each month
• Users can change their selected charity once per month — selections lock in until the 1st

Donations below $25.00 per charity per month are automatically rolled over to the following month for aggregation. Charities will receive payouts once the accumulated amount meets the minimum threshold.

Donation amounts are calculated from estimated advertising CPM rates and may not reflect the exact revenue received from ad networks. Actual donation amounts may vary.

Important Disclaimers

SweepFeed is not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, a registered charity, or a charitable solicitation platform. The Charity Pledge Program is funded entirely from SweepFeed's own advertising revenue. No user funds, subscription fees, or personal payments are used for charitable donations.

Participation in the Charity Pledge Program does not constitute a tax-deductible charitable contribution for users. Users should not claim any tax deduction related to SweepFeed's Charity Pledge Program. If you wish to make a tax-deductible donation, please donate directly to the charity of your choice.

Partner Charity Vetting

All partner charities are verified as registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations (or equivalent in their jurisdiction). We evaluate each charity based on publicly available information regarding legitimacy, financial transparency, and organizational impact before adding them to our platform. However, SweepFeed does not guarantee the operations, financial health, or continued 501(c)(3) status of any partner charity.

Transparency Reports

By the 3rd of every month, we publish donation reports across our social platforms showing total amounts donated, top contributors, and featured charities. Individual user contribution tracking is available in your Dashboard under the "Charity Impact" section, showing the estimated impact of your platform activity.

Program Modification

SweepFeed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Charity Pledge Program at any time and for any reason. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to the program through in-app communications.
