SweepFeed may display third-party names, logos, screenshots, prize images, or trademarks to identify sweepstakes and sponsors. These assets remain the property of their respective owners.
Use of Third-Party Marks
Third-party brand assets are used for identification, attribution, commentary, discovery, and user navigation. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership unless expressly stated.
Image Sources
Contest images may come from sponsor-provided assets, licensed providers, public promotional materials, user submissions, or SweepFeed creative assets. We prefer sponsor-provided or licensed material and remove or replace an asset when its use basis cannot be supported.
Removal Requests
Rights holders can request removal or replacement of logos, screenshots, or images through the contact page. Copyright claims should use the DMCA process.
Asset Records
SweepFeed records available source, owner, retrieval, permission or use-basis, content-hash, replacement, and takedown information for material images used in listings and marketing. A record does not create rights that SweepFeed or a contributor does not have.
