SweepFeed respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. Section 512, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Service.

We use the contact information above to receive copyright notices and route them for review under this policy. Publishing this contact does not by itself represent that any separate registration required for a statutory safe harbor has been completed or remains current.
3. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on SweepFeed infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information to our copyright notice contact:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list)
- Identification of the material on SweepFeed that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (including the URL where the material appears)
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Important:Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright notice contact containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Service
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which SweepFeed may be found), and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant and restore eligible material in accordance with the timing and conditions in applicable law, unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a qualifying court action.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
6. Rights and Defenses
SweepFeed aggregates information about third-party promotions and may display material supplied by sponsors, licensors, users, or public sources. We review proper notices and may remove or disable access to material when appropriate. Eligibility for any statutory limitation of liability depends on the facts, applicable law, and satisfaction of required procedures; this page does not guarantee a safe-harbor result. Nothing in this policy limits any right or defense available to either party.
7. Accommodations for Aggregated Content
SweepFeed indexes and displays publicly available information about third-party sweepstakes. If you are a sweepstakes sponsor and wish to have your brand, logos, or promotional content removed from our platform — regardless of copyright claims — please contact us at support@sweepfeed.com and we will accommodate your request promptly.
